1. Service

Gravity by Aterra Studio delivers a Product Intelligence Brief ("Brief") based on the concept information you provide. The Brief is a strategic analysis — not legal, regulatory, clinical, or financial advice. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment

Payment is required upfront and processed via Stripe. All prices are in USD. The Instant Gravity Scan ($500) is delivered within minutes of your submission. The Aterra Reviewed Brief ($1,500) is delivered within 3 business days.

3. Refund Policy

Because Briefs are custom-generated work product, all sales are final once the brief generation process has begun. If a technical error on our side prevents delivery, we will reprocess your brief or issue a full refund at our discretion. Contact hello@aterrastudio.co within 48 hours of purchase if you experience an issue.

4. Confidentiality

Your concept submission is used solely to generate your Brief. We do not share your concept with third parties, do not use it for model training, and do not disclose it publicly. Aterra Studio personnel with access to submissions are bound by confidentiality obligations.

5. Limitations

Briefs reflect analyst judgment and pattern recognition based on available market signals. Scores and verdicts are not guarantees of commercial success. Aterra Studio is not liable for business decisions made based on the Brief. Always consult qualified legal, regulatory, and financial advisors before making product, investment, or launch decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your concept and the resulting Brief. Aterra Studio retains the right to improve its methodology based on aggregate, anonymized learnings.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your name, email address, and concept details you submit in the intake form
• Payment information processed securely by Stripe (we never see your card number)
• Whether you opt in to email updates (optional)

How we use it

• To generate and deliver your Product Intelligence Brief
• To send you your brief and order confirmation by email
• If you opted in: occasional emails on CPG intelligence, Gravity System updates, and industry signals — you can unsubscribe anytime

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your concept details for AI model training
• We do not share your submission with anyone outside Aterra Studio

Data retention

Your intake data and brief are retained for a reasonable period to support delivery and follow-up. If you'd like your data deleted, email hello@aterrastudio.co and we'll remove it within 30 days.

Third-party services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Anthropic's Claude API for brief generation. These services have their own privacy policies.

Confidentiality Policy

Our commitment

Your concept is yours. Everything you share with Gravity — your product idea, formulation details, positioning, business context — is treated as strictly confidential from the moment you submit it.

What we protect

• Your concept name, description, and positioning
• Ingredient details, formulation notes, and proprietary context
• Your target consumer, retail strategy, and business stage
• Any additional context you share in the intake form

What we never do

• We do not share your concept with any third party, investor, brand, or competitor
• We do not use your submission to train AI models — yours or anyone else's
• We do not publish, reference, or anonymize your concept for public use
• We do not sell or license your data in any form

Who has access

Only Aterra Studio personnel directly involved in generating and reviewing your Brief have access to your submission. All such personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations. For the Aterra Reviewed tier, your brief reviewer is subject to the same obligations.

Data retention

Your intake data and generated brief are retained to support delivery, follow-up, and any re-delivery needs. If you'd like your submission deleted, email hello@aterrastudio.co and we'll remove it within 30 days.

Need a signed mutual NDA?

If you'd prefer a countersigned mutual NDA before submitting your concept, we're happy to provide one. Email hello@aterrastudio.co with subject "NDA Request — Gravity System" and we'll countersign and return within 24 hours.
